Food Bank

in partnership with Second Harvest 4675 Sheppard Avenue East (Agincourt Cooperative Homes).

R.O.O.T.S Training

(Renewal Of Oneself Through Self-development) – A 12-week training program that Builds the capacity of people and local businesses through training and mentorship. The program focuses on life and soft skills as well as technical skills pertaining to employment.

Scholarship

In Partnership with the Youth and Education Fund - Awards 10 Scholarships to black students residing in the City of Toronto who are attending post-secondary education.

Collective Impact

This initiative is a community led collective focused on promoting a positive police and community dialogue, as well as educate on changes to police regulations, advocates and teaches young people about their rights.

F.A.M.E

(Film, Arts, Music & Empowerment)– A 8-week training and empowerment program that provides youth with employment for the summer. The program helps to develop their soft and life skills as well as focus on technical skills in film, music and arts.

HNIC Children’s Summer Camp

8 Week summer camp that provides opportunities for children ages 6-12 to engage in sports, active games, arts & crafts, and supervised trips and excursions.

Annual Events

History of our music – Black History Month Celebration – A community-oriented event that showcases upcoming artists and entrepreneurs in the community.
Kids Treat – Holiday event where we provide toys to children and youth.
Back to school – annual event where we provide back packs and schools supplies to students.
African Music Week – Bridges the gap between African’s from the mother land and the diaspora consist of a summit, conference, Queens First Showcase and Afrobeat Festival.
